What are pennames?
A penname is the name that will appear on your stories/challenges/etc. Pennames are also like usernames. You will use your penname to log into your account.
Do I need to create an account to view and use this site?
You do not need an account to read (view) the stories on this site. You do, however, need an account to post a review on a story, upload your own stories, or create a series or challenge.

I have a story on the site but I never signed up for an account - who created the account? and how do I gain access to it/my stories?
To move all stories that were archived on the original database to the new automated database, we created an account on your behalf. To gain access to this account and your stories, use the contact us page to request access. Please include the following information:
- Penname: this is the penname currently listed on your author profile.
- Story title/s: at least one story title associated with your author profile.
- E-mail address: your current e-mail address.
How do I change my penname?
To change your penname, use the contact us page to request the change. Please include the following information:
- Current penname: this is the penname currently listed on your author profile.
- New penname: the penname you'd like listed on your author profile. Your new penname can only contain letters, numbers, underscores, hyphens, or spaces, and must be between 3 and 20 characters long.
- E-mail address: the e-mail address listed on your account.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, use the contact us page to request the deletion. Please include the following information:
- Penname: this is the penname currently listed on your author profile.
- Story title/s: at least one story title associated with your author profile.
- E-mail address: the e-mail address listed on your account.
Please note:
- Deleting your account will also delete all stories associated with your account. This is non-reversible. If you would like your stories to be included in the site again, you will need to re-upload them under a new account.

Log into the site and go to Account Info, Edit Bio, change your Real Name, and click Submit.
How can I add or change my bio?
Log into the site and go to Account Info, Edit Bio, enter or change your Bio, and click Submit.
How can I state whether I am available as a beta reader?
Log into the site and go to Account Info, Edit Bio, select Yes or No, and click Submit.
How can I update my website link?
Log into the site and go to Account Info, Edit Bio, update your Links, and click Submit.
How do I make the site show a table of contents for all multi-chapter stories (instead of linking straight to Chapter 1)?
Log into the site and go to Account Info, Edit Preferences, tick the Display table of contents box, and click Submit.
How do I make the site to always show a WYSWYG (What You See is What You Get) editor?
Log into the site and go to Account Info, Edit Preferences, tick the Use WYSWYG box, and click Submit.
How do I make the site remember that I am of the age of consent within my locale and by-pass all adult content warnings?
Log into the site and go to Account Info, Edit Preferences, tick the Age of Consent box, and click Submit.
How do I make the site remember how to sort pages with story listings?
Log into the site and go to Account Info, Edit Preferences, select the Story Sort, and click Submit.
