"I never thought I'd actually say this to you," Jack began carefully. "But I just have to say it." He paused, looking straight ahead. "I love you so much," He admitted. "I know I shouldn't and I know I really shouldn't say it but I just needed you to know. I think." "Sir?" Sam pushed the locker room door open. "Am I interrupting something?" "No," Jack answered quickly, spinning around to face her. "I was just." "Talking to yourself?" Sam grinned. "No, I was.well yeah," Jack shrugged. "Good to know you love yourself so much," Sam nodded, moving past him to her locker. "It wasn't that," Jack groaned. "I was." "I know," Sam smiled softly. "Of course you do," Jack sighed. The End
