There’s nothing quite like those first few seconds in the morning, when you’re still waking up and, for just a second, you feel the warmth of a body next to you. Of course in the next instant, you awaken fully and realise that you’ve been dreaming and the only thing next to you is the pillow you’ve been hugging. But for a few seconds, she’s with me and it’s those few seconds that I love. Every night, I go to bed just so I can have those few seconds with her. Maybe one day, she’ll really be here with me.
