She looked up at his face. As always, his eyes were closed as he tried to forget exactly who he was fucking. She wished she could call it something else, but knew that it was the reality.

It was hard to tell the difference between the pleasure and the pain. She reached out, placing a hand on his cheek, trying to draw him from the illusion they had both created.

His eyes opened as they stopped moving , and in them she saw something that neither could admit.

When he leaned down and kissed her, he wasn’t trying to forget.
