I don't own Stargatesg-1. Just borrowing characters for fun.

Summary: Baal has come back again, but not for power for revenge.

Feedback would be nice.

It was a normal day at the SGC.
1. Go to planet p5xwhatever
2. Let Daniel look at his *artifacts*.
3. Get in trouble (Daniel again)
4. Get out of trouble
5. Get some bruises
6. Go home
7. Have good ol' Doc. Fraiser poke ya with needles yup normal day.

"Un scheduled off world activation!" "Report to gate room immediately." Said the technician. General Hammond shows up almost immediately after the call. "Receiving SG-5 IDC." "Open the iris." Said Hammond.

"I am Baal!" General Hammond called for open fire when it hit nothing it went right through the gate. And hit whatever was on the other side. He called SG-1 to the gate room. The General had them prepared to leave at the moment. "Sorry SG-1 for no briefing before a mission but this is an emergency; our m.a.l.p.s. aren't helping us." "Sir thank you for not briefing us." Said the Colonel. Teal, Daniel, Carter, and Jack walked into the Stargate to the planet.

All of the sudden a whole pack a Jaffa ambushed SG-1. "Carter dial the gate!" yelled Jack while shooting at the Jaffa. "Jaffa kree!" yelled one of the head Jaffa.

"Well that's no way to treat your guest!" Jack said while running away from the ambush. "O'Neill…we are surrounded. Teal'c said. "Well of course we are!" Jack yelled. "Carter! Wouldn't this be the perfect time to try out your new weapon?" "Sir, the weapon is only experimental I'm not sure if it can… "I don't care just try!" Carter pulled out some goa'uld technology and pushed the middle button and aimed it at the attacking Jaffa. It had some weird symbol on the side and when the Jaffa saw it they retreated. "Carter what did you do?" Jack said in shock. "Sir I didn't do anything…it must have scared off the Jaffa." Carter said in shock also. "Jack I'm going to study to what looks like…" "Daniel I don't care what you do, just don't blab on about your rocks." Jack said dumbfounded. "Wow these writings look ancient Egyptian." Daniel said to himself. "Teal wait here at the gate. Carter has to go get some soils samples."

(Carter and Jack go off somewhere in the forest.)

"Sir look at this; it's a goa'uld skeleton." Carter said while getting out her jars to put samples and stuff in. "Hey Carter what's that around the things neck?" Jack asked squeamishly. "It's…it's umm… fishing line?!" Carter said amazed. "Hey, I've never been to this planet don't look at me!" Jack said innocently. All of the sudden the Stargate activated! Then a voice was on Jack's radio. "SG-1 this is General Hammond, please come back to the SGC A.S.A.P." "No can do Sir." Jack said. "And why not Colonel O'Neill?" "Because Daniel is off somewhere and Teal'c is back at the gate and Major Carter and I are getting soil samples." "Well I suggest you hurry up Colonel. Be back at the SGC in five minutes." "Ok. Let's go find Danny Boy and get out of here." So Carter picked up the skeleton and put it in her jar and follows Jack. They finally find Daniel and get back to the SGC.

(IN THE BREIFING ROOM)

"Welcome back SG-1. I'm sorry I had to call you back so soon but…" General Hammond started to say when an airman interrupted them. "Sir we are receiving an image from the m.a.l.p."

(SO GENERAL HAMMOND AND SG-1 GOT UP AND WENT TO THE GATE ROOM)

"Hey I see something walking over towards the m.a.l.p." Jack said looking into computer screen. On the screen appeared a goa'uld walking with the Major of SG-5, tied up tightly. "This is Colonel O'Neill, let him go!" The goa'uld's eyes glowed as he threw the major down. Carter flinched when he did so. "Sir, should we prepare a rescue team? Carter asked the General. "Yes; and take SG-2 with you."

Now through the Stargate…SG-1&2 walked searching for any trace of SG-5. SG-2 guarded the gate while SG-1 looked for any evidence. "Nothing!" Jack said. There wasn't a trace of anything. All there is is trees and more trees. The SG teams looked for about two hours when finally Jack ordered for them to leave. "Dial the gate Daniel we're going home." Jack ordered.

Back at the SGC

"Incoming wormhole! The gate technician said. We are receiving SG2's IDC." "Open the Iris." General Hammond said. "Sir there is nothing on that planet but trees and more trees." Jack said walking down the ramp. Before the Iris was closed the gate whooshed open again. Again Baal appeared in the gate room with the Major by his side. He threw the major on the floor and left through the stargate. "Sir permission to go back to the planet." Jack said to the General. "Permission granted." Said General Hammond.

Back at the planet

Teal'c, Daniel, Jack and Sam walked down the steps that were linking the Stargate and the ground. Suddenly Baal and his army walked up to the four of them. "Put down your weapons or we will attack." Baal shouted. Daniel was the first to say something. "I think we should do it you guys." "Fine…we'll put down the guns." Said Jack. "Activate the Chappai." Baal said distinctively looking at Daniel. "I think he means you Danny boy." The colonel said sarcastically. When the seventh chevron was in place Baal pointed to Daniel to go through first. He walked slowly to the gate and waited for Teal'c. They walked close to the gate and Baal said "Once you give us the replicator piece we will give go your friends back. So the Jaffa pushed Teal'c and Daniel through the gate and the wormhole disengaged.

-SGC-

"Were is Colonel O'Neill and Major Carter?" asked General Hammond tensely. "General Hammond, we were taken by surprise by Baal's army. He insisted we put our weapons down, so we did, and Baal said he is going to take O'Neill and Major Carter as prisoners if we don't give him a replicator piece." Teal'c said angrily. "I am sorry General Hammond I was going to shoot but O'Neill insisted we put our weapons away." Teal'c said calmer. -Back on the planet-

"Umm excuse me but what would you want with a bug that destroys everything?!" Jack said. "Silence!" Baal yelled back. Baal whispered something to his head Jaffa and then the Jaffa started walking towards Carter and Jack. All of the sudden the Jaffa grabbed Carter so were she couldn't get away from being captured. "Get your hands off her!" Jack yelled. Jack moved toward the Jaffa that was holding Carter. When another Jaffa tried to grab Jack, he pulled out his zap gun and shot the Jaffa.

A whole ambush of Jaffa came crashing down on Jack. "Jack!" Carter yelled as a Jaffa was about to shoot him with a staff weapon. Jack fired aimlessly at the Jaffa and killed about 13 of the 20 Jaffa. Baal protected himself with a shield that was on a bracelet on his arm. "Foolish humans; for making the choice to kill several of my men you shall now suffer!" Baal said with an evil grin. He took them prisoners on his ship.

-Aboard Baal's Ship-

"Put them in here." Baal commanded. It was a prison that was big but had hardly any light. The guard grabbed the both of them and pushed them into the room. Then the guard chained Jack and Sam's arms and legs and left the prison. "I'm sorry Sir." Sam said while looking at his chained up arms and legs. "It's not your fault and call me Jack." "Yes si…ok Jack. "Then you have to call me Sam." "Ok Sam." Jack said trying to make the best of the situation. Then the door slammed open and Baal walked in with two of his Jaffa. "Because you have killed thirteen of my Jaffa that is as many times you will be whipped." said Baal. One of his Jaffa waked over to Jack and tore off his shirt while the other pulled out a leather knotted whip. Then it began he was being whipped. (Sam's Thoughts) I hate this. I hate how I can't do a thing about Jack being beaten. I tried to not listen to the whip striking his back and the number of times he was being whipped. Poor Jack he doesn't know how bad I want to beat the Jaffa. 7,8,9,10,11,12,13, then they stopped; I looked up to see Baal grinning evilly and Jack bleeding badly.) Baal and his Jaffa finally left the room. "Jack are you ok?" I've just been whipped and you're asking me if I'm ok?" Jack said sarcastically. "Here Jack let me help you up." Sam said as she walked over to him. She helped him up very carefully and let him try to sit up on his own.

Two Hours Later

"Jack I think you should really rest now." Sam said concerned. "No!" said Jack. "Please? Here you can have my jacket to use as a pillow." "Oh for cryin' out loud. I'll go to sleep if it'll make you happy." "Thank you Jack." Sam whispered as he laid down his head. About thirty minuets had passed Sam couldn't bear it. She was exhausted; she needed to sleep. She lay down quietly and before she knew it she was asleep.

Jack woke up as he heard something shifting around in the dark room. He saw Sam over in a corner and walked over to her. He was watching her when he heard her scream "No please no! Get away from me! Don't touch me! Help! Help me please Jack!" "Sam, wake up it's just a dream! I'm here. I'm here." Jack grabbed Sam and started to hug her securely. "Oh Jack." Sam said as she started to cry. "Shhh it's going to be ok." The door slammed open and Baal walked inside and said," Fine you have survived the first beating will you survive the second?

Or better yet…(he started to say when he walked over to Jack and stared at him) I will give you a choice, There will be two doors and behind the doors will be your love, Major Sam Carter, and behind the second door is a goa'uld. For instance Major will be behind door #2, and if you pick that door she will die. But if you pick door #1, you will become a new host and serve me!" Baal said as he made his guard take Carter and take her into an empty room with two doors. The Jaffa put her in the first door which lead to a small store age type room with nothing in it. The Jaffa put a tank with a goa'uld in it in the second room. The Jaffa went back and brought Jack to choose which door. "Choose now! Which door?" Baal said. Jack sat there and his knees looking at the doors. He did nothing for about 20 minutes when Baal finally took him back to the prison room. Baal took Sam and put here in there too. The Jaffa pushed Jack on his hands and knees and pulled out the whip and started to beat him for the second time. The Jaffa whipped him 13 times again and left Jack lying on the floor. Baal looked down at him and said "I will give you a week to choose which door, each day you don't pick one you will be taken back here and be whipped 13 times. If you survive the rest of the week I'll let you go.

-Four days later-

(Day Four)

"Choose a door." Baal yelled at Jack. "No go ahead and beat me I'm not choosing." Jack said wearily. So Jack and the Jaffa went back to the prison and was being beat.

(Sam's thoughts) I can't listen, I won't listen. I looked at his back which was bruised badly from the rest of the beatings. Each time the whip hit Jack's back I could see the pain in Jack's eyes as he looked at me. I sure hope he could see the sorrow for him in my eyes.) Finally the thirteenth time had come and the Jaffa left.

"Jack please you can't go on much longer like this. Please just choose my door Jack." "No now that is something I will not do." "Then how do you survive? How do keep living this is not healthy for you. I don't want to loose you." Sam said as she tried to hold back her tears. "I don't want to loose you either. This is the only way I can survive. I survive because I remember that one day we will be back home together and…" suddenly they heard a Jaffa outside the prison room say. "Stupid humans, you can get through to them by using something or someone they love." "How about we try to get some sleep?" Jack said looking half asleep. "Ok." Sam said as she let Jack rest his head in her lap. She could see the pain he was in and so she would slightly rub his head with her finger and thumb. After about an hour of sitting there she fell asleep.

(Two days later)

(Jack's Thoughts) I think it is morning I'm not sure but all I know is I'm going to get through this, I will survive. I have no clue what color my back is now or if it is just an open wound. Sam and I have been eating a little bit over the past week, maybe once a day. The guard would bring in two trays of soup and two cups of water and sometimes I would give my food and water to Sam because she looked like she needed it more. It took me a while to get to sleep over the first few nights but with Sam rubbing my throbbing head I would fall asleep fast. We have bonded more and more over the past six days and tomorrow is the last day on this ship. I hate this place because of Baal I can hardly move anything with out my back starting to bleed or have pains. Pretty soon I will eat possibly my last meal with Sam and then be whipped for the last 13 times. I'm going to try to get as much sleep as possible before…I hear the prison door open and the food and water is here.)

"Here you go Sam here is your food. And you can have mine." "No your turn to eat and that's an order Jack." "Fine but I'm not eating yours Sir." Jack said joking around. "Jack. wouldn't you call me Ma'am?" "Sorry ma'am it won't happen again." Jack said as he started to laugh then he stopped because his back would hurt when he laughed. The door slammed open and Baal walked inside. "You might as well just start beating me I'm not going to choose a door." Jack said knowing what would happen. "Fine, but I must warn you that you are weak you will not survive this time." Baal said as the Jaffa walked in. (Sam's thoughts) Really fast I did that math in my head he had been beaten so far 78 times. Another 13 times would be 91 times in one weak. I know it doesn't sound possible but the Jaffa don't know that I have some medicine in my pack that I hid. It would help Jack's back heal the open wounds. (Then it began the beating began.) Jack was lying on his stomach when he was hit the first time. When the thirteenth time came it seemed softer (not that it wasn't hard still. It seemed as if the Jaffa cared now. Jack pushed his head up with all his might and mumbled. "Is that the best you got?"

That did it that got Baal ticked. He took the whip and struck Jack really hard which made him pass out. "There he is dead now!" Baal said proudly. I was furious. I took my fist and with all my might I punched him right in the mouth. When his entire Jaffa came to his rescue I picked up Jack and ran away to where the "rings where". The rings transported us right to where the Stargate was and I dialed Earth as fast as I could. It seemed like it took forever for the seventh chevron to lock. When it finally did I ran through the stargate as fast as I could with Jack over my shoulders.

-SGC-

"Incoming traveler!" the gate technician yelled. "It is planet p5x421's symbols." Open the Iris." General Hammond ordered. He was holding the replicator piece in his hand. He thought it would be Baal. When Sam walked in the Gate with Jack on her shoulder she yelled, "I need a medical team down here immediately." Gen. Hammond was shocked but glad to see her. Dr. Fraiser arrived with a medical team and put Jack on the stretcher and took him to the infirmary. Sam passed out and she went to the infirmary also.

-One week later-

"Good morning Carter." General Hammond said to Sam. "Morning Sir." "Did you hear Jack came back to consciousness? " Sam said. "I did. And I just got finished visiting "Jack." The General said emphasizing "Jack."

"Well I'm going to go now Sir." Cater said trying to go see Jack.

"Hello Jack." "Hi Sam! Thank you Sam." "For what? Oh yah for saving you. It really was hard. You know you are really heavy when…" "Sam, not for that; for letting me have more of a friendship with you. I was thinking I know that's scary when I think, but I found out if you are willing I would like to keep our relationship like this or more." "Jack? You mean you want to date me?" "In a way." Jack said smirking. "But "my" regulations say that I don't care what the regulations say." Carter said proudly.

"Dr. Jackson please come here. Finally O'Neill has asked Major Carter out on a date." Teal'c said smiling.

"General Hammond look at this, Jack asked Carter out!" Daniel said proudly. "Well it is about time!" The general stated out loud as he saw Jack and Sam kiss. "General Hammond, I would like for you to meet my girlfriend, Samantha Carter. Did you know she works in the Air Force like me?" Jack said to the General.

"And did you know she is an theoretical astro studier?" Jack said trying to spit out the words. "Actually Jack, I'm a Theoretical Astrophysicists." Sam said correcting him. "Yah that's what I said; right?" Jack asked innocently.

"Ok you two. You need to get back to work. You know I don't pay you two to flirt?" General Hammond asked. "I know Sir but it is funny to watch!" Fraiser said as she peeked around the corner. And I think they have been working too much; I think I need to order them a week off to rest." Fraiser said winking an eye at Jack and Sam.
