Grief is a terrible thing, and good friends are so important in tough times. You did a wonderful job of helping Samantha look past her grief and the grief of her Dad, towards a shining future. The foreshadowing of her relationship with Jack was also cool. Very enjoyable. Hope there are more stories like this one.
