Log into the site and go to Account Info, Edit Bio, enter in a new password, and click Submit.
I've lost my password - how do I get a new one?
Go to Lost Password and enter in the e-mail address listed on your account.
I never received a password - how do I get one?
If you recently created an account, or requested a new password over 5 hours ago, and never received a password, use the contact us page to request a new password. Please include the following information:
- Penname: this is the penname currently listed on your author profile.
- E-mail address: the e-mail address listed on your account.
I'm trying to log in but the site keeps telling me my password is wrong - what should I try?
If you created the account, and are sure that you are entering in your password correctly, try clearing/deleting your browser cookies and site sessions, and try logging in again. If you are still unable to log in, use the Lost Password page to request a new password.
